Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company, is North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials. The Boston Sales Office is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to help customers get the products they need while supporting a team of Sales Representatives.

You’ll answer questions, process orders and prepare quotes, playing a key role in keeping orders moving. Hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5:30 PM, and all positions are on-site.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years of office experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and time-management skills.

As a Sales Support Specialist at Uline’s Boston Sales Office, you’ll help customers get the products they need while supporting a team of Sales Representatives. From answering questions to processing orders and preparing quotes, you’ll play a key role in delivering the legendary service Uline is known for.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
