Job summary

Uline, Boston Sales Office, Burlington, MA, is hiring a Sales Support Specialist to help customers obtain products and keep the sales team moving. You will answer questions, process orders, and prepare quotes to deliver the legendary service Uline is known for.

The position runs Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM, with benefits including health insurance, a 401(k) with 6% match from day one, and opportunities for bonuses. On-site work only.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years of office experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a go-to resource for customers and Sales Representatives, answering questions and helping keep orders moving.
• Respond to customer calls and Sales Representative emails with fast, friendly service.
• Prepare customer quotes, process orders and coordinate pricing with vendors.
• Support Sales Leadership with reporting, projects and day-to-day needs.
