Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is hiring a Sales Support Representative to assist customers, coordinate deliveries, and provide timely quotations. You will work with Sales associates to identify the best products and solutions, while delivering personalized service and accurate sales orders.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00 am to 4:30 pm; pay: typically starting at $24 an hour depending on experience. Prior experience with Salesforce or Genesis is a plus; 0-3 years in sales or customer service

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or similar trades is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce and Genesis phone systems is preferred.
• Strong sales skills including upselling.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales associates to determine best products and solutions for customers.
• Ensure personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls and resolve customer questions or concerns.
• Effectively use CRM systems and phone systems.
