The role involves preparing timely quotations, processing sales orders, and coordinating deliveries while building strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in sales/customer service (1–3 years) is preferred. Training may occur in warehouse and at the sales counter.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in Waterworks or Construction is a plus.
• Strong sales skills including upselling.
• Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales associates to determine best products and solutions for customers.
• Provide personalized service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries for customers and answer general information calls.
• Utilize CRM system and phone system effectively; participate in training in warehouse and at the sales counter.
