Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is hiring a Sales Support Representative to assist Sales teams, quote, and process orders for customers. You will coordinate deliveries and use CRM to resolve inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay is $25 per hour, with potential for more based on experience; schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, plus a Saturday every 6–8 weeks from 7am–12pm, supporting a busy trades-focused customer base.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is a plus.
• Exhibit strong sales skills including upselling.
• Proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs and make timely decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments.
• Customer-oriented mentality and relationship-building ability.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales associates to determine best products and solutions for customers.
• Provide personalized service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls and address customer questions or concerns.
