Overview
Role: Support for the B2B sales & service team. Primary point of contact for critical projects and processes, supporting the entire sales team across a variety of tasks and projects. Report to the SVP, Business Solutions and collaborate with compliance, marketing, accounting, and manufacturing teams. We provide in-depth training and expect a passionate commitment to extraordinary service, attention to detail, and client-focused delivery.
We are a fast-paced environment focused on changing the gift card industry, with experience partnering with national brands and managing gift card programs. The role is aimed at contributing to a cohesive, results-driven team with growth potential.
Responsibilities
- Client support and relationship building with top customers.
- Support the sales team with operational needs including price changes, promo codes, product change requests, payment change requests, and shipping support.
- General weekly reporting and sales incentive reconciliations.
- Product samples and product delivery support.
- General sales support ticket resolution, client quotes, etc.
- Trade show support (occasional travel may be required).
- Sales newsletters and contest administration.
- Documentation of procedures and document management.
- Other duties as aligned with company needs and position profile.
- Calls to potential corporate clients from consumer channels (typical volume 5–10 per day).
- Support high-value accounts with prep and follow-ups.
- Assist with QBRs and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Stay informed on product updates and client feedback.
Qualifications
- Proven sales support or related experience.
- Strong customer service experience and a passion for serving others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy with emphasis on numbers (pricing).
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with the ability to prioritize workload.
- Critical thinking and decision-making within guidelines with potential financial impact.
- Goal-directed and constructively competitive.
- Proficient in personal computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Professionalism, integrity, and ability to securely handle confidential information in a PCI-compliant environment.
Education And Experience
- BA/BS degree or equivalent business experience.
- Three or more years of successful sales administration experience or equivalent.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, cross-functional environment with shifting priorities.
