Role Description

The Sales Support Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in North Kingstown, RI. This position provides day-to-day administrative and customer-facing support to the sales team, including processing orders, preparing quotes, and maintaining accurate account records. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues related to orders and products, and coordinating with internal departments such as operations and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
