Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a customer service–oriented sales support associate in the United States. You will work with Sales associates to determine the best products and solutions for customers and ensure timely, accurate quotes and sales orders.

You will coordinate deliveries, answer general information calls, and resolve customer concerns while leveraging CRM and MS Office. A fast learner with strong relationship skills will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong sales skills with upsell ability.
• Proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs.

Requirements
