Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a results-driven Sales Support Specialist in North Carolina to collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager in executing the proposal process for our product lines across North American customers and distributors.

You will manage CRM activities, pipeline data, and documentation, support forecasting, and use sales quotation tools. Strong written and verbal communication, teamwork, and time management are essential; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 3 years of CRM experience including pipeline management, sales forecasting, and data management.
• Experience with sales quotation tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to review specs and take-offs.
• Ability to collaborate in a team and manage tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with Regional Sales Manager for territory to execute the proposal process for our product lines to NA customers and distributors.
• Responsible for CRM activities and project documentation management.
• Support Regional Sales Manager in pipeline management activities.

Job description

• Collaborate daily with Regional Sales Manager for assigned territory to execute the sales proposal process for our industry leading product lines to our North American customers and distribution network
• Responsible for CRM activities and project documentation management
• Support Regional Sales Manager in pipeline management activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
• 3 years of CRM experience including pipeline management, sales forecasting, and data management
• In depth experience of sales quotation tools
• Working knowledge of qualifying opportunities, reviewing specifications/plans, and performing take-offs
• Displays high energy and enthusiasm under tight deadlines and work pressures
• Ability to clearly convey information and ideas through both verbal and written communication
• Ability to effectively work as an active and contributing member of a team to complete assignments and achieve goals
• Ability to use appropriate interpersonal skills and methods in difficult and complex situations to provide resolutions to customers
• Excellent time management skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office is required and business writing is required
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus (verbal & written)
