Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 salary, plus comprehensive benefits

Our client, a Chicago-based manufacturer, seeks a Customer Service Representative to support all facets of customer interaction (inside sales) and collaborate closely with sales and manufacturing teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Field all incoming calls and emails.
2. Answer questions and provide technical support.
3. Generate price quotes and job bids as needed.
4. Process incoming customer orders.
5. Coordinate with the shop floor to meet delivery requirements.
6. Resolve installation or after-sales issues.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field.
2. Experience in a technical sales environment.
3. Proficient in MS Office.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. Proven success in academic and professional settings.
