Job description

Please note: This is a fully-remote opportunity. Candidates must be available to work 8:00 am - 4:30 pm or 8:30 am - 5:00 pm PST.

This position supports sales activities and customer support to help Henry Schein's sales representatives increase customer engagement, grow sales, expand their territory share, and close new opportunities. It assists FSCs, RMs, RSMs, MSMs, Outbound Telesales Representatives, and Specialists within designated regions, following best practices developed centrally by Henry Schein to ensure a consistent customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assist with troubleshooting customer orders, accounts, and related issues.
2. Handle administrative requests as outlined by sales support and telesales leadership.
3. Provide sales data reports and guides to the sales team under leadership guidance.
4. Monitor sales performance using tracking tools and report progress to sales reps.
5. Collaborate with sales managers to develop targeted sales strategies.
6. Support new product launches and campaigns with relevant customer information.
7. Ensure excellent internal customer service by managing pending orders and requests.
8. Assist in planning and executing local sales events as directed by regional or multisite managers.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

1. Proficiency in Salesforce.com and ability to learn other internal programs.
2. Strong data analysis skills for actionable insights.
3. Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
4. Knowledge of sales practices and customer service standards.
5. Experience managing teams, both local and remote, with engagement skills.

The salary range for this role is $40,053 to $62,583, depending on experience and other factors. Benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage, 401K with match, PTO, parental leave, and more.
