The Pasadena branch of Meador Staffing has partnered with a national doorstep trash service company to add a Remote Inside Sales employee to their team!

Responsibilities:

1. Perform high-volume cold calling to generate new leads.
2. Nurture leads and convert them into qualified prospects.
3. Schedule qualified leads for the sales team.
4. Perform data entry tasks.

Requirements:

1. 1-2 years of Inside Sales experience.
2. Familiarity with sales or lead processes.
3. Call center or sales experience is a plus.

Schedule:

1. 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (CST)
2. Monday to Friday

Pay:

1. $24-$25 per hour.
2. Commission structure in place.
