Job description

*Job Description*

* Will start as a support role assisting Territory Representatives with administrative tasks and learning the ins and outs of the role.

* After gaining experience, will support clients and work with the wholesale team to ensure client needs are met.

* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely orders, management, and shipments.

* Handle incoming calls from clients (often procurement teams) and sales team.

* Process orders, returns, modifications, credit memos, and debit memos for dealers and sales representatives.

* Maintain order books for accounts in Excel and communicate status through weekly and monthly reports.

* Partner with Customer Financial Services to release orders for processing as needed.

* Coordinate with the Distribution Center (DC) to ensure accurate and timely shipping.

* Work closely with sales representatives to manage order placement, management, and shipment within assigned territories, troubleshooting issues proactively.

*Desired Skills & Qualifications*

* Retail/Wholesale experience required.

* Bachelor's Degree preferred.

* Minimum 1-2 years in a client-facing customer service or sales support role.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The pay range for this position is $19.50/hr. Benefits are subject to eligibility and may include:
