Bullock, Logan & Associates is seeking a motivated Sales Support Representative in Chicago, IL to provide administrative and sales support to the Outside Sales team. You will help with quoting, order processing, and customer communication to ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities include generating quotations, coordinating bids, logging activity, and processing invoices using QuickBooks, while delivering exceptional service to customers and collaborating with the sales team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is helpful but not required.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude.
