Job summary

Epiq Solutions is seeking a Sales Support Representative to provide day-to-day operational support for the sales team. You will help prepare quotes, coordinate across departments, and ensure accurate information flows to customers and internal teams.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, proactive problem solving, and excellent communication to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain Salesforce data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–5+ years in sales support, inside sales, customer service, or related role.
• Prepare and manage detailed customer quotes, orders, with high accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong customer-service orientation.
• Proactive, resourceful approach with strong organization and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day support resource for the sales team and move opportunities forward.
• Prepare, review, and deliver customer quotes with accuracy and responsiveness.
• Confirm pricing, configurations, terms, and lead times before quotes are issued.
• Maintain Salesforce data accuracy and support GTM and reporting.
• Collaborate across Sales, Operations, Finance, and customer-facing teams.
