O'Donnell Metal Deck in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Sales Coordinator to keep the sales process running smoothly. You’ll review plans, set up jobs in the CRM, and handle customer payments to keep bids and orders moving.

This hands-on role puts you at the center of the regional sales team, requiring accuracy, strong communication, and professional handling of sensitive information. You’ll work closely with Sales Representatives to keep dozens of projects on track.

Formación

• A couple of years of professional work experience preferred, ideally in sales support or administration.
• Background in construction, steel, or building products is a plus.
• Experience reading construction plans preferred.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Windows/Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Review incoming plans, from a single structural set to a full plan room, pull the documents each job needs, and set it up in the CRM with accurate details and due dates.
• Handle day-to-day administration for the Sales Representatives, keeping job records, documents, and customer information organized and current in the CRM.
• Contact customers to collect payment information, run credit card payments, and enter jobs in QuickBooks with accurate records of every transaction.
