Job summary

Henkel in the United States (Culver City area) is seeking a sales/marketing professional to support Consumer Brands initiatives. You’ll create customer-specific documents, distribute materials to KAMs, consolidate forecasts with NPD, and plan sampling campaigns to back new product launches.

The role requires 3 years in sales or marketing, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3 years experience in sales or marketing Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote team members.

Responsibilities

• Creation of Customer-Specific Documents: Responsible for the creation and maintenance of customer-specific order forms that support approved activities, pricing, and account requirements.
• Distribution of Specific Customer Documents: Provide KAMs with accurate, comprehensive, and customer-specific sales support materials, including order forms, promotional documents, brand updates, and related communications.
• Consolidation of internal forecasts: Primary lead to initiate requests and consolidation of internal forecasts supplied by sales directors for new product initiatives.
• Plan & Execute sampling campaigns: Collaborate with sales team to identify appropriate sampling requirements to support and maximize sales potential of new product launches.
• Secure pricing approvals: Initiate pricing approval requests to leadership team in accordance with CSDA guidelines.
• Monitor Customer Sell-In: Review customer promotional orders against original commitments to ensure planned business is executed.
• Sales Analysis: Creation of ad-hoc sales reports upon request by utilizing Sales BI reporting platform
