You’ll collaborate on campaigns, coordinate media opportunities, support photo shoots, and prepare meeting recaps and the weekly PR editorial deck to keep the team aligned.

Responsibilities

• Maintain brand documents, pricing lists, discontinuation lists, product knowledge guides, and website audits.
• Organize Image Master by updating artwork files and cleaning SharePoint folders.
• Research competitors, industry trends, and fresh marketing ideas.
• Collaborate on brainstorming sessions for campaigns and product launches.
• Support product and lifestyle photoshoots and ensure operations run smoothly.
• Take clear meeting recaps to keep the team aligned.
• Help build the weekly PR editorial deck.
• Coordinate product requests for media opportunities, influencer mailings, and PR events.
