Job summary

Henkel Adhesive Technologies Marketing United States, Rocky Hill, CT is seeking a senior demand planner to develop and enrich forecasts for make-to-stock products and coordinate rolling demand plans. You will partner with Sales, Market Strategy, Product Management and Marketing, lead regional reviews, and drive actions to improve forecast accuracy while managing safety stock and lifecycle inputs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5–7 years in demand planning or analytics,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years in demand planning, forecasting or analytics.
• Strong Excel and ERP/BI/CRM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enrich forecasts for make-to-stock products and prioritize segments.
• Lead regional demand review meetings and coordinate rolling demand plan sign-off.
• Identify and implement actions to improve forecast accuracy and reduce bias.
• Serve as demand-planning partner to Sales, Market Strategy, Product Management and Marketing for events.
• Partner with distributor NDAMs and review demand trends in QBRs.
• Maintain and cleanse demand-planning history and adjustments for abnormal events.
• Review assumptions for new product introductions, promotions and discontinuations.
• Maintain product lifecycle inputs in planning systems and reflect status and timing.
• Oversee safety stock levels for SBU-owned IDHs with stakeholder alignment.
