Henkel is hiring a Demand Planner in Culver City, CA to maintain item-level forecasts and drive demand accuracy. You’ll work with Sales and Marketing on plan inputs and lead monthly S&OP meetings across functions to improve service levels and inventory turnover.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years in a similar role; strong Excel skills are required, with SAP/IBP and Power BI experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field is required.
• 2+ years of experience in Demand Planning or similar role is required.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities with cross-functional influence.
• Demonstrated leadership and process improvement skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; SAP and IBP experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain detailed item level base business forecasts in volume and value.
• Analyze inputs from sales and marketing for monthly demand plan.
• Lead monthly S&OP meetings cross-functionally.
• Improve forecast accuracy to drive KPI gains on service level and inventory.
• Originate and implement continuous improvements to the demand planning process.
• Support communication, teamwork and respectful treatment of all individuals.
