Job summary

Henkel Consumer Brands in the United States, Culver City, CA, is seeking a proactive sales/marketing professional. You’ll create customer-specific documents, distribute materials to KAMs, consolidate internal forecasts with the NPD team, plan sampling campaigns, secure pricing approvals, monitor sell-in, and generate ad-hoc sales analyses.

Required: Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Communications or equivalent, 3 years in sales/marketing, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3 years experience in sales or marketing.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Creation of customer-specific documents and sales materials.
• Distribution of customer documents to KAMs and teams on schedule.
• Consolidation of internal forecasts with sales directors and NPD input.
• Plan and execute sampling campaigns aligned with launches.
• Secure pricing approvals and finalize setup after leadership review.
• Monitor customer sell-in and address outstanding orders with account managers.
• Create ad-hoc sales analyses using Sales BI tools.
