Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in customer service, ideally in sales support or a call center.

Responsibilities

• Keep orders moving by researching and resolving pending or escalated orders.
• Enter and update customer data in billing systems for accurate processing.
• Support inbound, outbound, online, and eCommerce sales channels.
• Answer questions about orders, products, and promotions; collaborate with teams.
• Document and track requests in CRM and ensure timely updates.
