Job summary

WOW! is seeking a Sales Support Representative to keep orders moving and support our sales teams. You will investigate delays, answer questions, and collaborate across departments to move orders from submission to completion.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills in order-processing or operational issues.
• Clear verbal and written communication; able to explain technical information simply.
• Attention to detail in data entry, documenting cases, and customer communications.

Responsibilities

• Keep orders moving and resolve pending, held, canceled, and fallout orders.
• Enter and update customer account information in billing systems to support accurate processing.
• Support inbound, outbound, online, and eCommerce sales channels.
• Answer questions about order entry, products, promotions, and procedures.
• Collaborate with Field Operations, Dispatch, IT, Marketing, and Training to resolve issues.
• Stay current on product, system, and process changes and apply updates.
• Document, prioritize, and track support requests and escalations in CRM and ticketing systems.
• Manage requests through resolution or handoff with timely updates.
