Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.

• Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain direct ship order billings and coordinate with vendors, management, and sales support regarding pricing and quantities.
• Maintain weekly customer stock agreement and open order/backorder reports for customer needs.
• Receive, submit, and process warranty claims for water heaters and coordinate with vendors for replacement orders.
• Coordinate the shared sales email inbox and keep it organized.
• Maintain open and closed customer order files and web-based order forms.
• Back up other employees and assist management as directed.
• Assist in discrepancy reporting and help investigate issues.
• Provide support with inventory counts as directed by management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
