Qualifikationen

• 2 years of customer service in a materials-based or logistics organization preferred.
• May need to work additional hours as necessary (e.g., weather emergencies).
• Experience with Microsoft Office, ERP/CRM-type systems, data entry, and internet-based programs.

Aufgaben

• Enter and maintain direct ship order billings with accuracy; coordinate with vendors, management, sales support, and area reps on pricing and quantities.
• Update weekly customer stock agreement and open order/backorder reports for customer needs; ensure detailed reporting.
• Process warranty claims for water heaters; communicate with customers and vendors; route information to sales support for replacements.
• Coordinate shared sales email inbox and maintain inbox organization.
