You will liaise with domestic and international sales teams and coordinate with Production Planning to release orders for on-time shipment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, experience in supply chain or order logistics, and proficiency in SAP SD, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Supply Chain or Order Logistics experience.
• Familiar with order management, production scheduling and invoicing.
• Experience with SAP Sales and Distribution module, Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, customer service focused with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Review, revise and process system and accessory orders in SAP.
• Maintain communication with domestic and international sales organizations to manage orders in your territory.
• Interface with Production Planning to ensure timely release of orders for on-time shipment.
• Troubleshoot installation inquiries and support the parts replacement process for the Factory Installation Team.
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of all shipped order activity.
• Monitor and maintain order backlog.
• Provide reporting of order activity for management reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain teamwork and efficiency.
