Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Supply Chain or Order Logistics experience.
• Familiar with SAP Sales and Distribution, Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, customer service focused, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing, revising and processing system and accessory orders in SAP.
• Maintaining a high level of communication with domestic and international sales organizations to manage the orders within your assigned geographic territory.
• Interfacing with Production Planning to ensure timely and accurate release of orders to production for complete and on-time shipment.
• Troubleshooting installation inquiries and supporting the parts replacement process for the Factory Installation Team.
• Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing of all shipped order activity
• Monitoring and maintaining order backlog
• Providing reporting of order activity to support the department's management reporting
• Working with other department members to ensure a high level of teamwork and efficiency are maintained throughout the group.
