Job summary

Electrolux is seeking a Sales Support Specialist, CDI, to drive the growth of our aftermarket business by ensuring seamless order execution and operational support for Independent Retailers and Builder Distributors. You will partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Service to resolve issues and improve service levels.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and proactive, with experience in data analysis and reporting to support business decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Customer Service, Order Management, or related field.
• Experience analyzing data and creating reports to measure performance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business systems (ERP/CRM/EDI).
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment: entry, maintenance, tracking, and resolution.
• Monitor order activity, inventory levels, and shipment performance for timely fulfillment.
• Investigate and resolve order exceptions and EDI issues.
• Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards to support performance tracking.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, and Operations to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and order master data.
• Analyze performance to identify opportunities to improve service levels.
• Support process improvements to enhance customer experience and business results.
