Job summary

Electrolux Group North America in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to support scratch and dent order ops, inventory coordination, and customer account administration for independent retail partners. You will act as a liaison across distribution centers, supply chain, product teams, and customer-facing functions to ensure smooth order flow and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience with SAP and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of inventory, order management, supply chain, or business operations processes.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support business decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage scratch and dent order processing and related operational workflows.
• Coordinate with distribution centers to handle returns, inventory disposition, and resale load creation.
• Monitor inventory levels and support allocation, product availability, and order fulfillment for independent retail accounts.
• Partner with supply chain, product teams, and distribution centers to identify trends and support improvements.
• Develop and distribute reporting, dashboards, and analyses to support performance and decisions.
• Maintain data accuracy across internal systems and customer-facing platforms (pricing, item setup, master data).
• Execute customer and item setup activities per established processes and data standards.
• Support timely order execution and inventory accuracy for scratch and dent programs.
