Electrolux Group North America is seeking a Sales Support Specialist, Consumer Direct Interaction (CDI) to drive aftermarket growth by ensuring seamless order execution and strong customer support for Independent Retailers and Builder Distributors. • Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Customer Service, Order Management, or related field.
• Experience analyzing data and creating reports to measure customer or operational performance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business systems such as ERP, CRM, or EDI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment: entry, maintenance, tracking, and resolution.
• Monitor order activity, inventory levels, and shipment performance for timely fulfillment.
• Investigate and resolve order exceptions and EDI issues.
• Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards for performance tracking.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, and Operations to resolve issues.
