Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer sales orders with accurate pricing and delivery details.
• Coordinate order progression from receipt to shipment with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor status, identify delays, and expedite orders as needed.
• Prepare and distribute order confirmations, invoices, and related documentation.
• Support reporting on orders, shipments, and sales activity.
