Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, client support, or financial services.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Salesforce CRM records, pipelines, and sales reports.
• Prepare dashboards, client lists, meeting materials, and sales presentations.
• Coordinate onboarding processes including system access and training.
• Organize meetings, webinars, and client communications.
• Manage administrative tasks, compliance documentation, and sales collateral.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Compliance, HR, and Product teams to support initiatives.
• Monitor client data, territory information, and account segmentation.
