TransUnion is seeking an Associate Lead, Customer Support Operations to manage a hybrid team that supports Sales and partners with Billing, Credentialing, Compliance, and Legal. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and responsive service delivery for FCRA-focused resellers.

You will lead performance reviews and coach the team to meet SLEs. Responsibilities include relationship building, day-to-day supervision, and cross-department collaboration, with 2 days/week in-office and remote work as

Qualifications

High school diploma required; associate’s degree preferred.
Prior leadership experience preferred.
Sales and/or support work experience strongly desired.
Strong analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

Develop a highly functioning support team with emphasis on timely execution, quality and accuracy.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
Direct day-to-day team activities, including workflow management and resource allocation.
Spend ~20% of time performing similar work as those supervised.
Prepare mid-year and end-of-year reviews by analyzing productivity and quality.
Mentor associates and support professional growth; coach performance.
Assist with cross-departmental projects to timely completion.
