Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal/external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and amend customer accounts using SAP S/4HANA, RightAngle, Salesforce, and Pega.
• Ensure requests and account setup activities comply with policies and controls.
• Deliver high-level customer service by collaborating with stakeholders to enable onboarding.
• Investigate and troubleshoot account setup issues for timely resolution.
• Develop understanding of business processes across Marketing & Sales and supply chain.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiency.
