• Process and track lubricant and fuel orders with accurate data entry and end-to-end tracking.
• Own the backorder process; monitor inventory availability and communicate with sales and customers.
• Collaborate with dispatch to resolve delivery issues and delays.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers, sales reps, and internal departments to resolve inquiries.
