Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 0-5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts to determine eligibility, pricing structure, and commitments.
• Formulate bid proposals and operational plans through cross-functional collaboration.
• Support internal groups and be the primary contact for contractual matters.
• Coordinate with customers and supervisors to address questions and delivery requests.
• Analyze contract performance and manage hedge-trading aspects; onboard customers via systems.
• Schedule and dispatch transportation; negotiate freight with carriers to optimize profitability.
