Job summary

IRCA Group seeks a Sales Support Supervisor to lead the daily operations of the Sales Support team, ensuring exceptional service to our sales organization and customers. This role oversees administrative and operational support, driving process improvements and cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient execution of customer requests and sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years in Sales Support, Customer Service, Commercial Operations, or Order Management.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems; CRM experience is a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the Sales Support team to ensure timely, accurate support.
• Coach and develop team members through feedback, training, and performance reviews.
• Monitor KPIs to improve efficiency, responsiveness, and service quality.
• Escalate complex customer, order, and sales support issues as primary contact.
• Collaborate with Sales on key accounts, new opportunities, and launches.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure order execution and issue resolution.
• Ensure accurate processing of quotations, pricing, contracts, onboarding, and documentation.
• Support new product introductions with pricing and customer setup.
• Maintain customer and product data in SAP and CRM systems.
• Analyze sales support data to identify process improvements.
• Develop SOPs and best practices for Sales Support.
• Assist Sales Leadership with forecasting, pipeline tracking, and performance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with policies and maintain high service standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and customer experience.
