Job summary

Flowserve Corporation is seeking a Sales Support Representative in Raleigh, NC. The SSR serves as the primary customer contact and works with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Sales leadership to respond to inquiries and drive initiatives to maximize sales bookings and opportunity pipelines.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision support, accurate quota forecasting, and productivity reporting, requiring strong collaboration and problem-solving in a fast-paced engineered manufacturing

Qualifications

Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset.
Experience in sales or customer service in an engineered manufacturing environment.
Strong communication and collaboration across functional/business platforms.
Experience with pricing, contract review and ERP administration.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary point of contact for customers and collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and other departments.
Drive quotation performance in region, coordinating with site hubs and product sites.
Generate high quality, on-time proposals to facilitate order fulfilment.
Support 30 day/quarterly sales forecast and monthly outlook processes.
Utilize data for decision support, quota forecasting, and sales productivity reporting.
