Job summary

Trenton Systems is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join the Inside Sales Team. You will assist the Sales Team with data entry in the ERP system and maintain client information, acting as the liaison between sales and production to support orders and repairs.

You will communicate with clients, manage records in Sage ERP and HubSpot CRM, and generate reports for leadership. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service and/or data entry experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Data entry into Sage ERP system.
• Communicate with clients via email/phone for orders and repairs.
• Update client/program information in HubSpot CRM.
• Coordinate between Sales and Production/other departments.
