Job summary

Trenton Systems is seeking an IT System Administrator to support and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, including desktop environments, Windows and Linux servers, and the Global Shop ERP system.

The role emphasizes hands-on support, system administration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and user assistance to ensure reliable and secure IT operations across the company’s facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in IT or related field.
• 5+ years of IT support or systems administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows desktop OS (Windows 10/11).
• Experience with Windows Server OS, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Basic Linux administration knowledge.
• Experience with ERP systems and business applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1–3 desktop and laptop support.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, software, printing, networking, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and upgrade desktop hardware and software; support Office.
