Job summary

Trenton Systems, Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to assist the Inside Sales Team with data entry in the Sage ERP system and to act as the conduit between sales and production.

You will communicate with clients to take and track orders and repairs, and maintain client records in HubSpot CRM. You will coordinate with Production, Quality, and Accounting to support orders and repairs, attend customer order meetings, and generate reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service and/or data entry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong typing and transcription abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and manage time.
• Customer service mindset with discretion for confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Data entry into Sage ERP system.
• Client communication via email or phone for orders and repairs.
• Add and maintain client/program information in HubSpot CRM.
• Coordinate between Sales and Production, Quality, Accounting, and others.
• Attend meetings in support of customer orders and repairs.
• Provide reports for customer orders and repairs to leadership or Account Managers.
• Maintain digital files for orders and repairs.
