Job summary

SGL Carbon SE in Strongsville, OH is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Back-Office Support professional to assist Area Sales Managers and the VP of Sales. You will handle order entry, RFQs for the Americas, invoicing progress billings, and payment follow-ups, while ensuring accurate SAP entry.

You will support the Letter of Credit process, CRM data integrity, and pre/post-sales activities, coordinate with the sales team, and help organize calendars.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years experience in customer service/technical customer service.
• Fluent English; Spanish or German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Area Sales Managers and VP-Sales in daily back-office activities.
• Enter orders in SAP.
• Process RFQs for the Americas.
• Invoicing of progress billings and follow-up on payments.
• Support the Letter of Credit process and other financial instruments.
• Maintain CRM data quality and integrity.
