Job summary

Find Great People (FGP) is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to provide sales support and customer service, ensuring a smooth and accurate order process for homeowners, builders, and masons. You will enter orders in Oracle and coordinate with sales and operations to meet customer needs.

The role requires personable, organized, detail-oriented individuals able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and to learn and grow within the position.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with Oracle or similar order management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Experience in construction, building materials, masonry, or related industry is a plus.
• Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day sales support and customer service to customers and the sales team.
• Help host the design center, welcoming homeowners, builders, and masons and assisting with questions and product selections.
• Develop a strong understanding of available products and selections to effectively assist customers.
• Accurately enter and process customer orders in Oracle.
• Coordinate with sales and other departments to schedule, track, and fulfill orders as needed.
• Monitor orders from entry through delivery and follow up on outstanding items or issues.
• Respond to customer questions regarding product availability, orders, selections, and delivery.
• Communicate regularly with sales, operations, and other departments to help ensure customer needs are met.
• Organize and prioritize daily tasks based on communication and needs from sales and other departments.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information in company systems.
• Assist with general sales administration and other duties as needed.
• Ask questions, be receptive to feedback, and maintain a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and arrive on time as scheduled.
