Job summary

Specialty Tile Products is seeking a Sales Operations Support Specialist to join our Customer Service team. The role focuses on keeping opportunities and orders moving, supporting pricing, product information, quotes, order entry, and tracking to ensure our design projects proceed smoothly.

Specialty Tile Products is looking for an organized, resourceful, team-minded professional to join our Customer Service team as a Sales Operations Support Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, keeping details organized, solving problems, and making life easier for both customers and salespeople.

As a Sales Operations Support Specialist, you’ll provide high-level support to our outside sales team and serve as an important connection between our customers, sales representatives, and internal teams. You’ll help keep opportunities and orders moving by providing responsive, accurate support across everything from pricing and product information to samples, quotes, order entry, tracking, and prospecting. This role is highly essential to our company and you will be adding value everyday, ensuring our design projects pull through with success!

What You’ll Do

• Provide responsive, concierge-level support to our outside sales team
• Assist customers and sales representatives with product information, pricing, availability, and general inquiries
• Prepare quotes and enter and manage customer orders
• Coordinate sample requests and follow through to ensure timely delivery
• Track orders and proactively communicate updates or potential issues
• Support prospecting and other sales-related initiatives
• Maintain accurate customer, order, and project information
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and other internal teams to solve problems and create a strong customer experience
• Follow through on requests and make sure details don’t fall through the cracks

What We’re Looking For

The right person for this role is organized, dependable, naturally helpful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll be a strong fit if you have:

• Previous customer service, sales support, or administrative experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette
• Excellent organization and follow-through
• The ability to manage multiple requests and competing priorities without losing attention to detail
• Confidence learning and using computer systems, including Microsoft applications
• A resourceful, problem-solving mindset
• A self-motivated approach and a genuine willingness to help the team succeed

Experience in the tile, stone, design, architecture, construction, or building-materials industry is helpful, but not required. Experience with an Acumatica platform is an asset, but not required.

Location & Schedule

This is a predominantly office-based position with the flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week.

The role may be based in any of our offices:

• Buckhead, Georgia
• Norcross, Georgia

The salary range for this position is $55,000–$65,000, depending on experience.
