Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide phone-based technical support to dealers and technicians using CellGate systems.
• Troubleshoot issues using electronics fundamentals (power verification, wiring integrity, grounding, signal strength).
• Guide customers in using multimeters to check voltage, continuity and resistance.
• Identify whether issues are wiring, power, signal, configuration, or hardware related.
• Document findings, actions taken, and resolutions in the case management system.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve troubleshooting processes and product reliability.
