Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. in New Jersey is hiring Sales Support Representatives to help customers, quote products, and coordinate deliveries.

The role offers a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with rotating Saturday shifts to cover peak times. You will work closely with Sales associates, use CRM to manage quotes and orders, and deliver personalized service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or related trades is a plus.
• Ability to upsell and respond quickly to customer needs.

Schedule

40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 5:00pm with a rotating Saturday shift 10:00am to 5:00pm. An alternate weekday off will be provided when a Saturday shift is scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
• Ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
• Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is a plus.
• Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
• Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

• Pay Range: $21.51 - $34.39. Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
