Job summary

Ferguson is hiring Sales Support Representatives to assist customers, prepare quotations, and process sales orders. The role supports Sales teams and coordinates deliveries, requiring flexibility to work across warehouse, yard, and counter spaces.

The position calls for 1–3 years in sales or customer service, with preferred experience in Waterworks or Construction, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment. On-site schedule with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in Waterworks or Construction is a plus.
• Comfort with physically demanding work.
• Able to transition between warehouse, yard, counter and administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales associates to identify best products and solutions for customers.
• Provide timely quotations and accurate sales orders to ensure personalized service.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls, address questions, and resolve customer concerns.
• Use CRM system and phone system effectively to support customers.
• Participate in training and work across warehouse, pipe yard and sales counter.
