Job summary

Ferguson is hiring a Sales Support Representative to assist customers, collaborate with Sales associates, and learn the business from the ground up. The role runs Monday–Friday 7:30am–4pm and offers benefits such as health and dental coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and other inclusive programs.

Responsibilities include providing quotations, processing sales orders, coordinating deliveries, and handling customer inquiries, with 0–3 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is a plus
• Ability to upsell.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
• Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Pay Range

$20.57 - $32.91

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
