The ideal candidate has 2+ years of customer service or sales experience, solid MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), and a professional phone manner. A background check and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience.
• Experience with basic office skills and proper phone etiquette.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• AS400 system experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, emails and live chats from customers and provide quotes or order status.
• Contact vendors by phone to find suppliers or update customers on orders.
• Take customer orders over the phone.
• Limited cold calling; some follow-up may be required.
