SHR Talent in partnership with a Nashville client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing team. You will be the primary contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and resolving inquiries with accuracy.

You'll need strong communication, high attention to detail, and the ability to work onsite five days a week in Nashville. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
